Sunday Dinner - Recap Video

Wall of Chefs

I had the opportunity to cook for some of Canada’s top culinary chefs on the Food Network’s show “Wall of Chefs” Season 1, Episode 1 that aired On February 3rd, 2020.
In each episode, four home cooks entered the Wall of Chefs kitchen to face-off in three intense rounds of culinary challenges to have the chance to win $10,000. The first-round crowd-pleaser, second Chef’s fridge, and in the third and final round, restaurant-worthy dish.

Sorrel Rum Punch

I had a great experience creating new Christmas inspired drinks with one of my favorite rums Wray and Nephew on Caribbean Vibrations Christmas Dinner Special!
Sorrel is the common name given to the sepals of a hibiscus plant called Roselle.
The bright redbuds are steeped to make “Sorrel” a drink that is always included at any Caribbean Christmas Dinner table. I was inspired by my grandmother’s Sorrel recipe and concocted one of the best Rum Punches for the season!
