Nicole King is the owner and founder of MsKingsKitchen a ghost kitchen and virtual cooking show that offers healthy meal preparation alongside catering services. From a young age I found myself in the kitchen learning about my Jamaican culture through food with the help of my father Patrick King and Grandma Joyce.
In 2019, I decided to take my passion for food and turn it into a business. From conception my vision and mission is to be able to provide a good tasting, healthy, comfort food to persons who are eager to make a lifestyle change while ensuring all aspects of the business benefits the local community and I continue to honour my West Indian roots and traditions.

In the early stages of the business my goal was to be able to share recipes with an audience virtually by showing them how the prepare simple and easy yet delightful fusion dishes in under 30 minutes.
Since, my social media following quickly grew as persons were eager to see what the next
Canadian Jamaican fusion dish would be. I have also had the opportunity to host several live
cooking shows at Caribbean festivals in the GTA and she has been a featured Chef on one Food Network’s Series “Wall of Chefs”.
My dream is for MsKingsKitchen to become the name that is synonymous with Caribbean Canadian fusion cuisine in the GTA as she continues to change lives through healthy lifestyle
changes.
